XF Stacker Championship

Promoter

The promoter of the XF Stacker Championship (the "Competition") is XTRAFIT 2 Ltd (trading as "XF"), registered in England and Wales, with registered offices in Manchester, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "the Promoter"). Where the winner selects XF Liverpool as their home club, prize fulfilment will be arranged with XTRAFIT 1 Ltd as the operating entity for that club.

The Competition

XF Stacker Championship is a free-to-enter, skill-based competition. The highest score submitted to the leaderboard between the Competition Open and Competition Close dates wins the Prize.

Competition Period

• Opens: 15 September 2026 at 21:00 BST
• Closes: 12 October 2026 at 23:59 BST
• Winner announced: on or before 19 October 2026 (within 7 days of close)

Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be counted.

How to Enter

1. Play XF Stacker at play.xfclubs.com/stacker (free, no purchase necessary).
2. When your game ends, submit your score with your email address, display name, and home XF club (Manchester or Liverpool).
3. Your highest score across all your entries during the Competition Period is your leaderboard score.

Players may replay the game as often as they wish during the Competition Period. Only the highest score per email address counts.

Eligibility

• Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
• Home-club selection is restricted to XF Manchester or XF Liverpool for this round. XF Merry Hill members and residents are not eligible for this Championship. (Future XF Play rounds may include Merry Hill.)
• XF operates as an over-18 members' club; this age restriction reflects our standard club policy.
• Employees of XTRAFIT 1 Ltd, XTRAFIT 2 Ltd, their immediate families, and anyone directly involved in the operation or judging of this Competition are not eligible to win.
• One entrant per email address. Multiple entries from the same person using different email addresses will result in all such entries being disqualified.

The Prize

• Prize: 12 months' free single-adult membership at the winner's chosen home XF club (Manchester or Liverpool), starting on a date agreed with the winner within 30 days of announcement.
• Value: approximately £600–£840 depending on club (based on standard 12-month single membership pricing at time of publication).
• The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• The Prize does not include any additional services (personal training, guest passes, retail, supplements, or class add-ons).
• If the winner is an existing XF member, the 12-month prize period will be added to the end of their current membership commitment.
• Standard XF club rules, terms and code of conduct apply throughout the prize period. Membership may be terminated by XF in accordance with those terms.

Winner Selection

• The winner is the entrant whose email address is associated with the highest leaderboard score at 12 October 2026 23:59 BST.
• In the event of a tie, the winning entry will be the score submitted earliest (by server timestamp).
• We reserve the right to verify the winning score, including inspection of gameplay data and validation of the entrant's identity, before awarding the Prize.

Winner Notification and Fulfilment

• The winner will be contacted by email using the address provided at entry within 7 days of the Competition Close.
• If the winner does not respond within 14 days of first contact, or if they cannot be contacted or are found to be ineligible, we reserve the right to award the Prize to the entrant with the next-highest score.
• The winner's display name and home club will be published on the leaderboard at play.xfclubs.com after the Competition Close. Full name and email address will not be published.
• We may request that the winner participate in reasonable promotional activity (photograph, short quote for social media) but this is not a condition of receiving the Prize.

Fair Play

• Any attempt to manipulate scores, submit false data, use automation, bots, or any means other than playing the game as intended will result in immediate disqualification.
• We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that we reasonably believe has been submitted in breach of these terms, or where fair play has been compromised.
• Our decision on all matters relating to the Competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Data Protection

• The personal data you provide at entry (email address, display name, home club selection) will be processed by XTRAFIT 2 Ltd as data controller for the purposes of running this Competition.
• Legal basis: consent (which you provide by submitting your entry) and legitimate interests (running a fair competition and communicating with entrants about it).
• We will retain entry data for the duration of the Competition and for 90 days after Competition Close, after which it will be deleted unless you have separately opted in to marketing communications.
• Your data will not be shared with any third party except as required to run the Competition (e.g. our email service provider) or as required by law.
• You have rights under UK GDPR to access, correct, delete, or object to processing of your personal data. Contact clubsuccess.hq@xfclubs.com to exercise these rights.

Limitation of Liability

• Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
• Subject to the above, we accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or corrupted due to technical failures, network issues, or any other cause outside our reasonable control.
• We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or cancel the Competition at any time if, in our reasonable opinion, it becomes technically infeasible or compromised by fraud or abuse, and to substitute an alternative prize of equivalent value if the stated Prize becomes unavailable.

General

• By entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform on which the Competition may be shared.
